Subject: 14001 a relative pleasure
At Intercare we are delighted to have been accredited with ISO14001 the environment international standard to add to our ISO9001 quality accreditation.
When looking to undertake the accreditation process we felt we needed some additional support and looked to try and find a 14001 expert consultant.
We did see a couple of specialists but we had also asked our internal quality auditor David Tredwell who works as a consultant in the Keystone stable would he be interested in helping us as he knew us and what we do as a company and we also knew and liked him.
We managed to convince David to take on his first ISO14001 accreditation process and we're really glad we did because he made the process a relative pleasure and we had no non conformances when Isoqar assessed us.
We'd like to pass on a big thank you to David and Keystone for all their help - I think David has found a new skillset and will help other Sees gain the top environmental accreditation.
